Car and film lovers, listen up: a documentary has been released covering the 2017 Ford GT called "The Return," which reveals how Ford simultaneously developed a racecar and road car as it is put together as the highly anticipate Ford GT. Anita Lienert of Edmunds.com writes "...putting a turbocharged V6 engine in the GT was a risky proposition, but one that will help to market Ford's mainstream products to everyday car shoppers."

In early spring 2016, over 7,000 applications were sent to Ford to be able to purchase one of the first 250 Ford GT models.

With 2016 almost ending, what is next in the Ford lineup? Ford introduced a sneak peek of the 2018 Ford Fiesta recently from the Cologne, Germany factory where these models are made, per the New York Daily Auto News. And it is quite exciting!

Ford has loaded this tiny car with a lot of automotive technology, including automated safety features, improved infotainment offerings, better driving dynamics and two new trim packages.
