What's Mobile Service?

Our technicians can perform a lot of the same services remotely that we do in the dealership. From oil and filter changes to brakes, batteries, tire rotation and more, our professionals will service your vehicle at your home, work, or location convenient for you in the Colerain, Springdale, Fairfield, Sharonville, and Cincinnati surrounding area.

What services are available with Mobile Service?

We can perform light maintenance services ranging from battery replacement to filter replacement to bulbs and wiper replacement. We also offer key services, software updates and accessories, as well as certain recalls.*

• Are there location requirements to utilize Ford Mobile Service?
25 miles from our dealership is standard including Colerain, Fairfield, and Bevis.  Location and seasonal conditions may vary. When you call our Service Department, our Mobile Service Coordinator will be able to answer any questionable distances.

• Are mechanics screened and certified?
Yes, Mobile Service technicians are Ford factory-trained and certified.
