• My Sales person Andre was excellent. His attitude, personality and helpfulness played a big part in my decision to purchase my Expedition. In my opinion, he would be an asset if you  would utilize him in assisting your training department.
• Jerry Rocks!! He was curteous, kind, informative and just a all around awesome salesman..
• Angie Schwartz was very good, easy to work with.
• Staff was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the touch screen. They connected my bluetooth to my phone and said if I needed help in the future to please ask. I was very impressed.
• Kurt Hume did a great job. Profesional, responsive, and courteous through the entire process. He set the proper expectations as we order the vehicle to be produced.
• Very satisfied with my recent experience at Northgate Ford. I love my new Fusion and our salesman was very easy to work with.

• I have dealt with many Ford dealerships and my experience at Northgate Ford both in sales and service has been the best.
• Jason Robb was a great salesman. He made sure all of my needs were met when buying my Fles. He was very friendly and professional with the sell. I hope he is still around when I make my next purchase.

• Northgate Ford moved to a new location a few months ago and of course it clean and new. My old dealer closed his doors and I had to go some place to get service. I'm new to them so they don't know me any better than I know them

• I want to tell you about the reason for purchasing a Ford V/S a Hyundia. Her name is Jenn Watson, she is a internet Manager at Northgate Ford. I do not like talking on the phone. I emailed her about 50 times (no kidding) I was asking for pricing for the Focus and the Fiesta and about OTD prices, lease payments, money factors you name it. This is where Hyundai lost because their internet sales guy was slow and grew tired of questions. Jenn on the other hand responded to my emails right away and was very positive but never pushy. I think a few times she was not even at work. I bought 2 new Fords from Northgate in 2011 and its because of the outstanding job that Jenn did.
• We experienced the excellent customer service thoughtout the purchasing process. We wer pleased with the way the staff and management worked to ensure we left with the vehicle and purchase options of our choice.
• My experience at Northgate Ford was a good one from Greg who approves the deals the sales person Bill Schehr to the two young ladies in the internet divsion as well as Vickie in finance. Its a excellent team that has been established to the credit of Northgate and not forgetting Melissa in servcie who has always been helpful.
• Steve and Andrea were both extremely helpful with my purchase. This was teh first car that I financed on my own. I was very satisfied with the way I was treated. Everything was explained thoroughly. I would recommend Northgate Ford to anyone looking for their next car. Also, I will be making my next purchase from Northgate Ford in the future.
