Looking Ahead to 2018 with the Ford Fiesta

With 2016 almost ending, what is next in the Ford lineup? Ford introduced a sneak peek of the 2018 Ford Fiesta recently from the Cologne, Germany factory where these models are made, per the New York Daily Auto News. And it is quite exciting!

Ford has loaded this tiny car with a lot of automotive technology, including automated safety features, improved infotainment offerings, better driving dynamics and two new trim packages. This will be the seventh generation of the Ford Fiesta, where Ford fans will see four different versions of the three or five-door configuration and will be rolled out to the European market first before heading across the Pond at a yet-to-be determined date by Ford, but we do know that it is on track for selling in North America in 2018.

The European Fiesta will have similar styles like the current North American Fiesta as it will be seen in Titanium and performance-oriented ST-Line trims, and two new offerings, the Vignale and the Active.
